Case management is the most-hired role in Southern California’s nonprofit sector. Homeless services providers, community mental health agencies, re-entry programs, youth organizations, and Enhanced Care Management (ECM) teams all run on case managers who carry a caseload, connect clients to benefits and housing, and document outcomes for public funders.
This page collects every live case manager opening on the board — intensive case management (ICMS), housing and permanent supportive housing case managers, clinical and peer case managers, and the supervisors who lead them — updated several times a day from the organizations’ own career pages.

Most roles ask for a bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field, or equivalent lived and work experience; bilingual Spanish is a frequent plus and sometimes a requirement. Housing-focused positions value familiarity with the Coordinated Entry System and HMIS, while ECM roles want comfort with Medi-Cal documentation.
Case management is also the clearest ladder in direct-service work: case managers move into lead and supervisor roles within a few years, then into program management. Because every agency in the region hires for it, skills transfer and openings are rarely far away.
