About the Role:

As an Independent Living Professional (ILP), you'll work one-on-one with individuals to develop independent living skills, access community resources, and achieve personal goals. Your role is to empower clients to make choices, build confidence, and gain self-sufficiency while ensuring they have the support they need.

The pay for this position is $20.00 to $20.65.

Schedule: Varies

Location: San Diego County & North County

A typical day will include:

  • Teaching independent living skills like budgeting, cooking, and self-care.
  • Assisting with accessing community resources and services.
  • Supporting clients in making informed choices and achieving goals.
  • Documenting client progress and collaborating with support teams.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Two (2) years of experience working with individuals with disabilities.
  • Valid California Driver's License, auto insurance, and a clean driving record.

We'd love it if you:

  • Are bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Have experience with case management systems (Therap preferred).
