About the role

Under the guidance of the Health and Wellness Director, The Lead Fitness Coach is responsible for onboarding fitness coaches to build positive relationships among members, participants, volunteers, and staff by actively greeting members and participants and providing excellent customer service. The Lead Fitness Coach will ensure a safe, effective wellness environment to enhance the physical, mental, and spiritual health of all participants.
