Youth & Adult Sports Program Director II - Encinitas Salary Range: 71,621.81 to 80,000.00 Annually Location: Encinitas, CA This position will supervise Youth and Adult Sports departments. This position is responsible for developing, delivering, and administering a designated program at an assigned branch. The Program Director II is responsible for recruiting, hiring, supervising, and developing assigned team. The Program Director II oversees the engagement and recruitment of volunteers for the program.

- Location: Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA
- Monday - Friday, some nights and weekends
