Gymnastics Director - Spring Valley Salary Range: 70,304.00 to 78,747.90 Annually Location: Spring Valley, CA The Gymnastics Director is responsible for developing, delivering and administering the Gymnastics program at an assigned branch. The Director is responsible for recruiting, hiring, supervising and developing assigned team. The Gymnastics Director oversees the engagement and recruitment of program volunteers for the program.
Oversee the McGrath Recreation Program, including preschool and recreation classes, as well as the McGrath Monarchs Competitive Gymnastics Team. Provide leadership and direction across both program areas, ensuring high-quality programming, effective staff management, participant satisfaction, safety, and alignment with organizational goals
