About the role

Lead Fitness Coach - La Jolla Salary Range: 20.44 to 23.63 Hourly Location: La Jolla, CA Under the guidance of the Health and Wellness Director, the Lead Fitness Coach is responsible for onboarding fitness coaches to build positive relationships among members, participants, volunteers, and staff by actively greeting and providing excellent customer service.

The Lead Fitness Coach will ensure a safe, effective wellness environment to enhance the physical, mental, and spiritual health of all participants and is responsible for leading by example, monitoring standards, and coaching and development.
