About the role

Assistant Site Supervisor - Licensed

The School Age Assistant Site Supervisor works directly with staff and youth in a Community Care Licensed before and/or after-school setting at either a YMCA facility or local elementary school site. As part of the leadership of a team, they impact staff and youth's lives by helping them learn, grow, and develop. Assists in leading the program operation, staff supervision, youth supervision, planning, family relations, school relations, reporting, documentation, and regulation compliance of a program for children 5-12 years of age. Assist with the daily planning, implementation, and facilitation of activities and events for participants.

Schedule:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 1:30pm to 6pm

Thursday, 11am to 6pm
