About the role
Sports Instructor Lead - Escondido Salary Range: 19.69 to 22.50 Hourly Location: Escondido, CA The Sports Instructor Lead is responsible for planning and leading engaging youth and adult sports programs at the Escondido YMCA – A Campus for Community Well-being.
This position creates a safe, positive, and inclusive environment while teaching fundamental skills, promoting sportsmanship, and encouraging healthy lifestyles through basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and soccer. Sports Instructor Leads serve as positive role models, fostering confidence, teamwork, and a sense of belonging while delivering high-quality programs that strengthen individuals and build a healthier community.

Schedule
- Location: Escondido YMCA
- Must have Basketball and/or Soccer experience
- Weekday afternoons, nights, and Saturdays
