Head Swim Coach
The Head Swim Coach is responsible for the development, organization, and execution of the YMCA's competitive swim team program, in full accordance with USA Swimming and organizational standards. This role involves implementing progressive, technically sound training plans for athletes across all skill levels, ensuring workouts include proper preparation and cool-down activities. The Head Swim Coach oversees team logistics, including scheduling and hosting meets, maintains safety and discipline during all activities, and is responsible for effective, positive communication with athletes and parents/guardians to foster growth, and sportsmanship within the swim team community. The Head Swim Coach upholds the program's standards and promotes a culture of excellence both in and out of the water.

Schedule:
Part-Time - Must be available Mon-Fri from 3:45pm-6:15pm and occasional weekends
