Gymnastics Coach

Gymnastics Coach Salary Range: 19.69 to 23.63 Hourly Location: San Diego, CA The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for leading and supporting entry-level gymnastics classes, with a focus on developing foundational skills in young athletes. This role requires a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to fostering the growth and development of each participant in a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing age-appropriate training plans, instructing proper techniques, and promoting both physical and mental skill development. The Gymnastics Coach will exemplify a strong commitment to participant safety, individual progress, and the overall mission and core values of the YMCA.

• Wednesdays 2:30pm - 7:30pm
• Saturdays 8:30am - 1:30pm
• Dan McKinney Family YMCA - La Jolla
• Monday- Friday 3pm - 7:30pm
• Saturdays 8:00am - 12:30pm
• Magdalena Ecke Family YMCA - Carlsbad
• Flexible schedule: mornings, afternoons, and weekends
• Rancho Family YMCA - Escondido
• Mon - Fri 3 - 7:30pm
• Sat 9am - 2pm
