Clinical Supervisor LCSW-LMFT -DHS/JIR

Amity Foundation, an internationally acclaimed Teaching and Therapeutic Community, is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to support prison and re-entry programs. The Clinical Supervisor (LCSW/LMFT) will support program and case managers by assuring quality of clinical service through individual and group supervision techniques. Responsibilities include conducting bi-weekly clinical file reviews for supervised staff, establishing professional development goals, ensuring clinical records meet Medical Assistance standards and DHS licensing regulations, and liaising with DHS, the Office of Diversion and Reentry, and community providers.

Essential Duties: Function as liaison between Amity and ODR to ensure reduction of system-level barriers and implementation of clinical strategies. Provide direct clinical supervision to case managers and clients. Deliver clinical crisis interventions with clients and treatment teams including mental health providers, probation officers, and housing case managers. Develop in-service clinical training for staff. Consult on clinical concerns affecting client access to mental health services. Inform leadership of political, financial, clinical, and liability issues. Provide case manager support and debriefing. Review incident reports and suspected abuse/neglect reports involving vulnerable adults or minors. Provide backup clinical care when case managers unavailable. Plan and schedule case manager workload and project priorities. Participate in committees and management meetings. Share rotation for after-hours on-call supervision.

Required: Master's degree in behavioral science, social work, or related field. Supervisory and leadership experience with team development. Knowledge of substance abuse counseling, reentry services, clinical crisis management, and case management in culturally diverse populations. Experience with crisis intervention, hospitalization, psychiatry, and mental health diagnosis. Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Valid driver's license and vehicle registration.

Preferred: Previous clinical experience with individuals recently released from jail or prison.
