Residential Specialist (Santee- Overnight)

About the Role:

As an Overnight Residential Specialist, you'll provide essential care and support to individuals with disabilities while ensuring a safe and restful home environment. While clients sleep, you'll assist with evening routines, monitor overnight safety, and prepare for the next day.

Location: Santee

Schedule: Thursday - Saturday, 11 PM - 7 AM

A Typical Night Will Include:

• Assist clients with evening and bedtime routines (personal care, hygiene, medications)

• Monitoring clients throughout the night, ensuring their safety and well-being

• Perform light housekeeping and preparing for the next day

• Document observations and report any concerns to the team

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

• High school diploma or GED

• Six (6) months experience working with individuals with disabilities

• Valid California Driver's License, current auto insurance, and a clean driving record

• A passion for making a difference—even at night!

We'd Love It If You:

• Are bilingual in English and Spanish

• Have experience using case management systems (Therap preferred)
