The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing a segment of CII's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) portfolio, focusing on HR system configuration, integration management, reporting, and dashboard creation. Collaborates with the HRIS Director and other stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions that support the department's and agency's business objectives.
DUTIES
SUMMARY
The HRIS Senior Analyst is responsible for managing a segment of CII's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) portfolio, focusing on HR system configuration, integration management, reporting, and dashboard creation. Provides essential HRIS support to meet the needs of the HR department across all functional areas. Collaborates with the HRIS Director and other stakeholders to design and deliver technical solutions that support the department's and agency's business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES

- Collaborates with the HRIS Director and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions; makes recommendations to maintain data integrity, streamline administrative tasks, and optimize the user experience.
- Manages the end-to-end lifecycle for new or updated HR system configurations, integrations/APIs, reports, and dashboards, including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, enhancements, and file archiving.
- Oversees HR system projects, including software releases, backlog and enhancement prioritization, and evaluation of new software/system functionality.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
- Ensures accuracy and integrity of organizational data within HR systems by adhering to established procedures for updating, validating, and correcting employee records or other related HR data.
- Creates standard and ad hoc reports, consults with end users on reporting solutions, and provides data summaries or statistical analyses for strategic planning or decision-making.
- Troubleshoots HR system issues with leaders, business partners, and service providers; manages proactive follow-ups and tests solutions.
- Mentors and provides guidance to HRIS Analysts and cross-functional users
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 4-6 years of human resources systems experience, including Workday HCM, required.
- 1 year of project management experience preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies preferred.
- Associate's degree or equivalent in computer science or systems & network administration from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
- Reliable transportation to and from worksites as needed.
- In-person attendance at any CII location may be required based on department, operational, or organizational needs.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Maintains client and employee privacy, including protecting the confidentiality, safeguarding the integrity and availability, and limiting the use and disclosure of patient Protected Health Information (PHI) to authorized individuals and entities.
- Participates in, conducts, and sustains performance quality improvement activities according to designated role and responsibilities.

COMPENSATION:
$84,641.00 USD - $103,262.00 USD
In accordance with California law, the expected pay range for this position is included in this posting. The actual compensation will be determined based on factors permitted by law. New hires will be offered a salary at the starting point of the range to maintain internal inequity and allow opportunity for future salary growth. CII salaries are determined based on comprehensive internal and external market analysis, as well as the skills, education, and experience relevant to each position.
