Program Manager I (Head of Service)
RFP 12949 Dependency Drug Court Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Coordination (DDCSC)
Position Summary
Program manager will be responsible for overseeing Dependency Drug Court SUD Coordination Services for participants with an open Dependency Court case or parents involved with Child and Family Well-Being (CFWB) who are referred by the Juvenile Dependency Court or a CFWB Protective Social Worker.
Required Qualifications
- Certified SUD Counselor or AMFT, ACSW, APCC registered in the state of California
- At least one year experience in the SUD system required (2 years preferred)
- Demonstrated experience in overseeing program and policy development, implementation and operations
Responsibilities
- Provides supervision, leadership, and performance management to assigned staff to ensure quality service delivery and compliance with organizational standards.
- Oversees daily program operations, including staffing, workflow coordination, and implementation of program goals to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Develops, supervises, and maintains systems and procedures that encourage and support a client-centered, culturally competent, strengths-based and trauma- informed service model that ensures individualized services for clients including treatment for identified co-occurring disorders.
- Monitors staff productivity and completes performance evaluations for DDC staff.
- Ensures adherence with Dependency Drug Court Program policies and procedures to meet all requirements of DDC.
- Works with County staff, COR, and professional partners (SUD provider, CFWB PSW, Court) to support participants success with SUD treatment
- Shall serve as the single point of contact for Contractor's Officer Representative (COR) correspondence and oversee program services and paypoint deliverables.
- Oversee training and work production of staff
- Responsible for tracking and reporting the delivery of DDCSC services.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
Schedule/Compensation
- Full Time - exempt
- Monday- Friday 40hrs/week (must be willing to work some evenings)
- $36.00- $40.00/hr Salary will commensurate with experience and education.
- Differential pay offered for bilingual skills. EEO.
Additional Requirement
- Must be able to work from Vista and San Diego offices - travel required across all programs.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a good driving record.
- Willing to use own, properly insured, reliable vehicle for the job (mileage reimbursed).
- Employment subject to clearances, including background finger printing checks, driving record, tuberculosis testing, and drug testing.
